壳聚糖-淀粉共混薄膜的制备与研究

摘    要:以共混的方法制备了壳聚糖-淀粉共混薄膜,并对共混薄膜的力学性能、透气性进行了研究。研究表明:共混膜中壳聚糖与淀粉的固含量相等时,薄膜的机械性能相对较佳,并且常温下成的膜有较高的膜相对透明性、柔韧性;适量的增塑荆可以改善膜的性能,随着甘油浓度的增加,膜的伸长率、透气系数也随之增加。抗拉强度下降。

Abstract:The chitosan -starch blend film were prepared by solution method, and the mechanical properties and gas permeability were studied in this paper. The experiment indicates that the film has a suitable mechanical effect when the scale between CS and starch is equal; appropriate amount of glycer can improve the function of the film, as the improving of the concentration, the rate of the extension and the coefficient of the ventilating improved, the extensional rigidity reduced.
