摘    要:目的研究服务场景及其组成要素,探索服务场景在智能产品交互设计中的应用流程与方法,从而进一步优化智能养老产品的交互设计质量。方法以当下基于互联网与物联网技术的智慧养老趋势和服务设计理念为背景,通过服务场景的定义,以及服务场景中的人物关系、时空环境、叙事情节、目标体验4个因素的分析,结合智能养老产品需求以及交互设计流程,构建起基于服务场景的智能产品交互设计流程与方法,并将此方法应用于智能养老手表产品的服药提醒界面的交互设计中进行评估与验证。结论借助基于服务场景的智能产品交互设计方法,通过对服务场景因素的分析和应用,可以有效提升智能养老产品交互设计的质量与效率,提升智能养老产品的用户体验。

Abstract:The work aims to study the service scenario and its components, and explore the application process and method of service scenarios in intelligent product interaction design, thus further optimizing the interaction design quality of intelligent pension products. In the context of the current trend of intelligent pension for the elderly based on Internet and Internet of Things technology and the concept of service design, the interaction design process and method of intelligent products based on service scenarios were established through the definition of service scenarios, the analysis on four factors in service scenarios, like user relationship, spatio-temporal environment, storyline and target experience, and in combination with the requirements of intelligent pension products and interaction design process. The proposed method was applied to the interaction design of medication reminders on smartwatch for the elderly for assessment and verification. By means of the interaction design method of intelligent products based on service scenarios, the analysis and application of service scenarios and factors can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of intelligent pension product interaction design, and enhance the user experience of intelligent pension product.
