摘    要:大多数市场上不同品牌的同类产品在功能、质量、价格等方面都十分相似,现今的产品广告通常将卖点聚焦在消费者购买和拥有该产品的"情感利益"上.因此情感诉求,即设法引起消费者的情感共鸣,越来越被设计师所推崇.主要从产品设计过程中情感诉求的出发点,情感诉求的载体以及情感诉求的特点等3个方面来进行探讨和阐述.

Abstract:In the market,the same kinds of products with different brands are very similar on the function,quality or price,so nowadays the products advertisements are focus on the "emotional benefits" which will influence the consumers' desires of purchasing and possessions.So,to devise a way to bring about sympathize of the consumers have come into the core.The article is to discuss and consider it with the following aspects: the starting point,the medium and the feature.
