摘    要:目的解决背包设计中缺少可供参考的肩部、背部数据的问题。方法利用人体工程学原型分割法进行人体数据测量,确定背包设计中肩带、背部曲线数据取值区间,从不同维度和空间进行背包设计,结合可用性测试验证设计有效性。结果得出学龄儿童肩部、背部压力值,验证背包设计各部位数据取值有效性。结论原型分割法能有效定位背包设计中肩部、背部数据取值区间,为其他学龄儿童产品设计提供参考。

Abstract:It aims to solve the problem of lacking in available data of shoulders and back for reference in knapsack design. The human body engineering prototype segmentation method is used to measure the body data, to make sure that the data value range of the shoulder girdle and the back curve in knapsack design. From different dimensions and space, the design of the knapsack is verified by usability testing. The pressure values of shoulders and back of school-age children are got. The effectiveness of data values of each part in knapsack design is verified. Prototype segmentation methods can position data value range of data of shoulders and back effectively, which can provide a reference for other school-age children product design.
