摘    要:随着知识经济时代的到来,对知识的管理逐渐成为企业自身管理的重要环节.从分析知识管理的内涵着手,结合中小型包装企业自身发展的需要,对中小型包装企业知识管理的模式进行研究,旨在帮助中小型包装企业提升竞争力,以适应激烈的市场竞争.

Abstract:As the knowledge economic era is getting closer and closer, the management of knowledge has become one of the key parts of enterprise management. By analyzing the connotation of knowledge management, the models of enterprise management in medium and minor-sized package enterprises were studied. The purpose was to promote the competitive power of medium and minor-sized packaging enterprises, and help them to adjust to the intensified market competition.
