情感化设计在404错误页面的应用研究

目的 以404页面导示为例，研究情感化设计在网页中的表现形式及设计方法。方法 以情感化设计理论为基础，采用理论与实例相结合的方法，从文字、色彩、图形等设计元素出发，归纳目前404网页中存在的情感化认知问题，并从404设计的本能水平、行为水平、反思水平3个方面展开进一步剖析，指出404错误页面设计中的情感化问题。结论 进一步提出合理运用网页设计元素，进行快速有效引导的设计方法，探讨如何使用户在与404网页交互的过程中不仅能够准确地接收信息，还能获得良好的用户体验。

Application of Emotional Design in 404 Error Page

The work aims to study the expressive form and design method of emotional design in web pages, with 404 error page as an example. Based on the theory of emotional design, combining theory with examples, the emotional cognitive problems existing in the 404 error pages were summed up from the design elements like text, color and graphics, and further analysis was made from three aspects, including instinct level, behavior level and reflection level of 404 design, pointing out the emotional problem in 404 error page design. The design method of reasonably using web design elements to conduct fast and effective guidance is further put forward. How to enable users to not only receive information accurately, but also gain good user experience in the process of interacting with 404 error page is discussed.
