包装机械的概念设计方案评选方法的研究

摘    要:为了避开概念设计方案的组合爆炸问题,提出了一种方案评选的新方法。该方法首先用有向图描述方案的组合情况,然后用层次分析法分析有向弧的权重,最后应用路径搜索法找出最佳方案。该方法应用到了零速接纸机的放卷轴的设计上,证明了该方法能有效地减少方案评选的工作量。

Abstract:In order to avoid the combined explosion in conceptual scheme design for packaging machinery,a new scheme optimization method was put forward.Digraph was firstly used to describe the scheme combination.Then combining analytic hierarchy process was used to acquire the weight of directional arc.Route searching method was finally used to find the optimal scheme.This method was used in the design of unwinding shaft for zero-speed automatic splicer.The application indicates the method can effectively reduce the ...
