摘    要:在六色塞鲁迪凹印机组的基础上,通过分析其机械共轴传动原理特点,研究开发出了一套独立的嵌入式无轴传动凹印单元,使其与原机系统集成一体,实现了可印色组数的增加.对无轴传动系统的控制原理、主要结构功能进行了深入的分析和研究,经过样机设计、制作、安装调试和实时在线运行,该系统运行可靠,保证了印刷质量,达到了设计输入要求.

Abstract:A kind of embedded imprinter based on shaft-less transmission was designed through the analysis of physical line shaft drive principle of six-colour Ceruit imprint units.It was integrated into the original system and printable color units were increased.Its control principle and main parts were analyzed.The system was proved to be reliably and meet design requirements through debugging and on-line application.
