多功能婴儿车的概念设计

摘    要:目的针对婴儿车的安全性和实用性的缺陷,设计一款适合上下楼梯,更加安全可靠的婴儿车。方法采用可拓创新方法对婴儿车进行改进设计,使婴儿车适合在平地和上下楼梯时方便使用。在设计过程中,通过对婴儿车整体的共轭分析,采用可拓分析和可拓变换得到多种备选方案;根据可拓学的关联函数进行优度评价,得到最好的设计方案。结论采用可拓创新方法,成功设计一款功能全面、使用安全可靠的婴儿车。可拓创新方法适合产品的概念设计。

Abstract:According to void defects of security and practicability, a new stroller is designed, which is suitable to going upstairs and downstairs and is safer. A new stroller is designed by extension innovation method, which can walk on the flat ground and stair. Many schemes are gotten by extension analysis and extension transformation. Each scheme is evaluated by dependent function, and the best one is chosen in the end. A stroller scheme is carried out on the basis of extension innovation method. Extension innovation method is feasible for concept design of products.
