摘    要:目的使数控机床面板造型设计更加人性化,更符合用户的情感需求。方法以情感化设计相关理论为基础,选取典型机床面板样本,运用感性工学中的语意差异法和因子分析法,对产品形态要素进行分解研究。结果确定了机床面板造型的情感化影响因子,找到了机床面板的意象语义与形态设计要素之间的对应关系。结论综合运用三层次理论和感性工学方法,为其他种类的工业设备面板情感化分析提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract:It aims to make panel for NC machine tools more humanization, satisfy user needs. Based on theories of emotional design, it selects typical machine panel, applies semantic differential scale and factor analysis method of kansei engineering, decomposes product form items. Modeling of impact factor is established, also, the correspondences between image semantic of machine panel and formative element is discovered. By synthetically applying the three hierarchy theory and the methods of kansei engineering, the design method based on emotional analysis provides reference for design of other industrial equipments.
