| 摘 要： | 分析了中西方餐具的演变历史,其中包括筷子和刀叉的发展过程,论述了餐具变化的浅层原因。在此基础上,采用对比分析的方法对中西方餐具进行深入剖析,其目的是探寻不同文化背景下的生活工具设计差异性的根源,对中西方餐具的造型比较分析,进而对中西方餐具的使用方式进行比较,最终结合中西方哲学思想的差异化,分析出餐具差别的本质原因,并对未来餐具设计提出要求。

| Abstract: | It analyzed the evolution history of tablewares between east and west including the development process of chopsticks and knife and fork,discussed the reasons of tablewares change.On this foundation,using the method of comparative analysis on Chinese and Western tableware carrying on the thorough analysis,the objective is to explore the different cultural background and life tool design differences roots.So first in the Western tableware shape comparison analysis,and to the West tableware patterns of use were compared.Finally combination of Chinese and Western Philosophy,it analyzed the nature reasons on difference of tablewares,provided the requirements for future tablewares design. |
