摘    要:在分析柔性版印刷水墨在传输转移过程中的流变特性的基础上,研究了剪切应力、剪切速率、屈服值、油墨颜料粒子、表面活性剂以及温度等对柔性版水基油墨粘度的影响.结果表明,剪切应力、剪切速率和屈服值对水基油墨的粘度有直接影响,总体上可以用Carreau 模型来描述.表面活性剂等助剂的加入通过对颜料体积浓度和油墨屈服值的影响,间接影响油墨粘度.

Abstract:The effect of shear stress,shear rate,the yield value,ink pigment,surfactants and temperature on ink viscosity was studied based on analysis of the rheological behavior of flexographic water-based ink in the process of transmission.The results showed that the shear stress,shear rate and the yield value have a direct impact on the viscosity of water-based ink,which can be described by the Carreau model.Surfactants have a big effect on the pigment concentration and yield value,and indirectly affect the viscos...
