| 摘 要： | 随着加入WTO过渡期的完成,中国制造业将面临巨大的生存挑战.在这一进程中,工业设计的低投入、高回报是企业自主创新能力提高的关键因素，是进行国内外市场竞争的重要环节。CAID技术是在当今计算机信息技术高速发展势态下结合工业设计理念而开发的综合设计系统，从CAID技术的内涵、CAID技术在工业设计中的应用、CAID技术开发的难点与趋势几个方面进行了论述，着重阐述了CAID技术对工业设计发展的重要作用。

| Abstract: | With the completion of the transitional period after China's entry into WTO,the manufactur- ing industries in China will face great challenges to survive.In this process,the low-input high-return in industrial design of enterprises is a key factor to improve the capability of independent innovation.It is also an important link in the domestic and international market competition.CAID technology is a comprehensive design system by combining the industrial design concepts and computer information technology.The impor- tant role CAID playing on industrial design was discussed by illustrating the connotation of CAID,the appli- cation of CAID in industrial design,and the difficulty and future of the development of CAID. |
