精密喷印成套设备的设计与控制

摘    要:为改造现有的自动化印制设备,采用静态多喷头阵列高速流水喷印技术,将多色彩油墨、金属导电油墨、特色工艺油墨的喷印阵列模组集成在一个智能平台上,实现薄膜开关一次性套打的精密工艺,设备提升了工业设备已有的制造工艺,置换出了生产过程中的丝网印刷机器、组件等配件,实现了现有设备再利用,符合行业实际需求,具有清洁、精密、高效的特点。

Abstract:High speed jet printing technology with static multiple nozzle array was applied to reform current printing equipment. Jet printing array module with color ink, metal conductive ink, and special process ink was integrated to intelligent platform. Membrane switch one-time precise printing was realized, which improves existing manufacturing process on the equipment. It swaps out the printing machine or components of screen printing. According with the actual situation of the industry requirements, it has clean, precise and efficient characteristics.
