减振包装设计新理论

防震包装设计包括缓冲包装设计和减振包装设计。目前，缓冲包装设计理论已相当成熟，但减振包装研究不足。不足之处有二：第一，在缓冲设计后，只校核包装系统会不会发生共振，或只是利用隔振原理进行被动隔振设计；第二，利用冲击脆值作为一次超越损坏来进行设计，但实际上很多零件是在重复载荷条件下发生损坏的。本文阐述的减振包装设计新理论，将使上述校核性被动设计改进为协调性主动设计，使一次性超越设计改进为多次性疲劳损伤设计。

New Theory of Vibration-Reducing Packaging Design

Shockproof packaging design includes cushioning design and vibration reducing design,Up to now,the theoryof the former is quite well considered,the study of the latter,however,is not enough. the reasons are: 1. the vibration-reducing packaging design only means to check if a package may be in resonance under external loading,or it isonly a passive isolation design; 2. the design is only a first-passage damage bsaed on fragility, but many packtigedamages,in fact,occured in condition of repeated loadings The new design theory discussed in this paper will solveabove problem. that is, it will be an active consistent design with cushioning,and be a fatique damage design aswell.
