八八风灾后来吉迁村四聚落的文化产业复兴

目的主要是整理分析近两年国立云林科技大学在阿里山乡来吉部落的社会实践。目的是在设计实践的同时分析探讨大学介入社区或部落的意义、方法与模式。方法以行动、实作设计为基础,采取工作记录、访谈、行动研究与文献分析等方式进行。分析的内容主要是国立云林科技大学在来吉部落的3次设计工作营,以及工作营所面临的部落情况。设计工作营获得的结果包括回馈给部落的设计解决提案,以及以此为基础的发表与讨论。结论研究分析的结论有3点:迁村持续连结性,建立在传统领域成为原料提供处、传说故事关系地、观光发展核心点,也成为迁村后四地连结的关键;部落文化产业具有自主性,表现在部落工坊的创建、新产品设计、内外部据点行销、游程建立与销售等,大学因而更尊重与鼓励部落的自主性;部落课题对应性,建立在大学与社区的长期互动及陪伴下,能针对部落课题采取主动因应的措施,实践共同设计。

The Cultural Industry Revival of Laiji's Four Relocated Settlements after the 88 Typhoon Disaster

This study is mainly to analyze the social practice implemented by National Yunlin University of Science and Technology during the past two years in the Alishan Township. The purpose is to analyze the significance, methods and patterns of university involved in community or tribe in the design practice. This research is based on action and practical design, and takes the work record, interview, action research and literature analysis as main research methods. The main contents of the analysis are based on the three times of design workshops, as well as the tribes facing the practical problems. The results of the design workshops include proposals for feedback to the tribe, as well as presentation and discussion based on this. The conclusion of the research and analysis has three points. The continuous connection of the settlements is established in the traditional field to become the supply of raw materials, the story of traditional legend, and the core of the development of tourism. It has also become the key linkage of the four settlements. The tribe itself has the autonomy and identity performed in the creation of the tribal workshops, new product design, internal and external stronghold marketing and sale point and so on, the university thus more respect and encourage tribal autonomy. The collaboration between university and community, based on the long-term interaction and accompany, can take the initiative to respond to the tribal issues, and implement the social practice by co-design.
