摘    要:采用固相萃取前处理技术,结合液相色谱紫外检测法测定了食品包装用复合塑料中迁移出的7种初级芳香胺(2,6-二氨基甲苯、2,4-二氨基甲苯、苯胺、1,5-二氨基萘、4,4'-二氨基二苯醚、4,4'-亚甲基二苯胺和3,3'-二甲基联苯胺)含量。紫外检测波长分别为240nm和280nm(针对3,3'-二甲基联苯胺)。实验表明采用苯乙烯二乙烯基苯为填料的EnviTM-ChromP固相萃取柱和ZORBAXBonus-RP液相色谱柱,更适合水基食品模拟物中初级芳香胺的萃取与分离。目标分析物浓度在0.0025~0.5mg/L范围内,各线性相关系数均大于0.9996,方法回收率在95%~107%之间,相对标准偏差在7.6%以内,各目标分析物的方法检测限均为0.8μg/L。

Abstract:Seven primary aromatic amines from food packaging materials of multi-layer plastic were determined by the SPE-HPLC-UV.The amines include toluene-2,6-diamine,toluene-2,4-diamine,aniline,1,5-Diaminonaphthalene,4,4'-Oxydianiline,4,4'-Diaminodiphenylmethane,and 3,3'-Dimethylbenzidine.The detection wavelengths of 240 nm and 280 nm (only for 3,3'-Dimethylbenzidine) were selected.The results showed that the styrene-divinylbenzene-copolymer-based extraction adsorbents and the Bonus-RP chromatographic column are mor...
