包装机企业产品链规划的可重构模块方案设计

针对包装机设计中如何充分实现知识的积累和重用的关键问题,提出对企业产品链中所有产品采用IDEF0方法和工艺对产品在使用中物料流动顺序和变化进行分析,划分产品的功能模块;计算模块的需求特征属性相似指数,根据相似指数将不同使用范围的功能模块分成通用模块、类模块和专用模块,使企业产品由通用模块、类模块和专用模块组成;在设计时,通过对参数化的通用模块和类模块调用和修改,重构后使新产品只对专用模块进行全过程设计,实现企业设计知识的积累和重用。该方法应用于企业卷筒纸包装机械产品设计,实现了对产品模块的可重构和企业设计知识的重用。
