数控水切割机床产品语义学改良设计研究

摘    要:在工业设计的理论和实践中,基于符号学与认知心理学理论的产品语义学,正作为一种新的设计理论日益受到设计界的重视.数控水切割机床是一种应用计算机数控和高压水射流技术的机床.由于其高技术等特征,其设计更需要产品语义学这样的设计理论的指导使得机床更易于操作.本研究通过对现有数控水切割机床设计的语义分析得到数控水切割机床的外观造型设计规律,并进行了具体设计.

Abstract:In the theory and practice of industrial design, the concept of product semantics based on semiotics and cognitive psychology is drawing more attentions in the field of design, The numerical-control water-jet machine is a kind of machine with the application of computer and water-jet technology. Since its characteristics of high-technology, design of the machine would be easier to operate under the guidance of product semantics. By researching the theory of product semantics, the directions of machine design were pointed out, and a final form of application was given.
