液晶电视的瓦楞纸板缓冲结构设计

摘    要:瓦楞纸板不仅无污染、可再生,且具有良好的缓冲性能,承压性能,将瓦楞纸板裁切、折叠、插接形成具有良好缓冲性能的结构,用来替代传统的缓冲材料对液晶电视进行缓冲包装,不仅可以起到保护产品的作用还具有廉价、容易回收和环保的特点.

Abstract:The cushion packaging of traditional foam does not meet environmental requirements. Corrugated board is not only clean, renewable but also has good buffer and compression resistance performance. We can form some kinds of structures with good cushioning properties through cutting, folding, and embed- ding the corrugated board which will replace the traditional buffer material used in the LCD TV package. This is a cheap, easy recovery, and green way to protect the products.
