基于ANSYS的啤酒瓶跌落仿真应力分析

摘    要:应用ANSYS有限元软件,进行玻璃啤酒瓶跌落冲击仿真应力分析,获得了贮酒和空瓶平跌落、斜跌落2种典型工况下的应力分布规律,为玻璃容器冲击强度的理论研究和结构优化设计提供了有价值的探索.

Abstract:ANSYS was applied to carry on the simulation analysis of the dropping stress when the glass beer hotties fall off. The simulation of stress distribution was acquired at the operating modes of dropping off both vertically and diagonally when the bottle was full or empty. The results provided valuable reference for the structural optimization design and the theoretic research related to the impact strength of the glass container.
