| 摘 要： | 文中介绍了挤出吹塑成型机自动控制系统的总体设计方案、硬件配置与软件设计，详细讨论了挤出吹塑成型机的顺序控制与壁厚控制的实现。系统运行结果表明该系统结构合理，硬件运行可靠，软件功能完善，实现了管理控制一体化，达到了预期的目标。 |

| Abstract: | A whole design method and hardware configuration as well as software design of automatic control system in the plastic blowing molding machine are introduced. The realization of Sequence control and wall thickness control in the molding machine are discussed in detail. The real world running result of system shows that the structure of system is reasonable and the hardware running is reliable, the function of software is perfect as well. The unify of managing and controlling has been realized and the expect aim has been achieved. |
