| 摘 要： | 介绍了印刷实时质量检测过程自动化的重要意义，分析了印刷过程控制的特性，在此基础上，提出了印刷品质量实时检测系统的设计方案，并对其主要工作模块进行分析，对图像定位、图像匹配算法进行比较，完成了印刷品质量实时检测的理论与实践，实现了缺陷产品的自动检测技术。

| Abstract: | The paper describes the significant sense of the quality monitor in printing automation fields. At the base of print characters,the paper proceeded the automation monitor's researches of presswork quality using image technologies, completed defect products's automation monitor,analyzed it's chief work modules and compared the algorithms of image registration and match. |
