镀铬薄钢板激光焊接实验研究

摘    要:介绍了目前国内金属包装三片罐的焊接工艺,以及激光焊接技术应用于金属材料加工的优势。通过对镀铬薄壁金属包装材料的激光切割实验、激光焊接实验、拉伸实验,确定了特定厚度镀铬板的激光焊接工艺参数,提出了镀铬薄板激光焊接的发展方向。

Abstract:The welding technology of Three-piece Can metal packaging in our country and the advantage of laser welding technology for metal material processing were introduced.Laser cutting test,laser welding test,and tension test of chrome-plated steel plate were carried out and the parameter of laser welding technology for certain thickness chrome-plated steel plate was determined.The development direction of laser welding of chrome-plated steel plate was put forward.
