摘    要:目的介绍几种常用的苹果霉心病无损检测技术及建模方法,为苹果及其他水果病害的无损检测提供新的思路和依据。方法综述苹果霉心病无损检测技术和建模方法的原理,以及国内外的研究进展。结果在苹果霉心病的无损检测中,光谱检测技术应用较广泛,生物电阻抗特性、各种成像检测技术和机器智能感官仿生检测技术逐渐得到发展,融合多源信息的霉心病检测技术也越来越受到研究者的青睐。结论苹果霉心病无损检测的研究还处于初级阶段,许多检测技术和建模方法的参数还需要进一步优化。随着研究的深入,无损检测技术不仅可以应用于水果病害的检测,还可以应用于其他食品工业,具有广阔的研究前景。

Abstract:The work aims to introduce several common nondestructive detection technologies (NDT) and modeling methods in NDT of apple core rot, so as to provide new ideas and basis for NDT of apple and other fruit diseases. The principle of NDT and the modeling methods in NDT of apple core rot and the research progress at home and abroad were reviewed. In NDT of apple core rot disease, spectral detection was widely used, the electrical impedance, various imaging detection techniques and bionics sensing intelligent sensor detection technology were gradually developed, and the detection technology based on multi-source information was also increasingly favored by researchers. The research on NDT of apple core rot is still in its infancy, and the parameters of many detection techniques and modeling methods need to be further optimized. With the deepening of research, NDT can not only be applied to detect fruit diseases but also have a broad research prospect in other food industries.
