摘    要:资源与环境问题已成为国际上食品冷藏链技术的发展所面临的最主要问题.如何实现冷藏链的可持续发展成为整个冷藏链从业者所共同关注的问题.针对食品冷藏链中关键环节的能耗及节能措施进行了探讨,并重点介绍了一些适合于冷藏链节能和发展的新技术,如冷藏车尾气驱动吸收式制冷技术、冷热电三联产、二氧化碳制冷技术、热声制冷等,希望对食品冷藏链技术、设备以及管理方面的提高有所帮助.
