热交换器形状对空调室内机性能的影响

摘    要:对空调室内机内部流场进行了数值计算,分析了热交换器形状对室内机出口风量和气流噪声的影响,设计出一种弧形热交换器,并对具有这种热交换器的空调室内机进行了流场模拟,模拟结果显示该种形式的热交换器能起到减小空调器气流噪声和增大风量的效果.

Abstract:The internal flow field of air-conditioner are simulated,and the influence on the structure of heat exchanger to the outlet flow and noise of air-conditioner is analyzed.An arc heat exchanger is designed,and the internal flow field of air-conditioner with the arc heat exchanger is simulated.The result of simulation can show that the arc heat exchanger can reduce the noise of air-conditioner and increase the outlet flow of air-conditioner.
