摘    要:采用化学气相沉积方法制备了镍硅合金(Ni2Si)纳米线阵列,研究分析了纳米线阵列的形貌随反应气氛的变化。该材料用作锂电池负极材料,显示出了优良的循环性能,有潜在的应用价值。

Abstract:A simple chemical vapor deposition method has been developed to synthesize nickel silicide nanowire arrays with different diameters on Ni foils,which are characterized by X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM).Furthermore,the discharge capacity of lithium-ion batteries by using the arrays as anode was studied.It is indicated that the nickel silicide nanowire arrays show good cycling performance,indicating t...
