SiO_2改性环氧树脂灌封材料

摘    要:本文以SiO2作为增强材料,制备了SiO2/环氧树脂灌封材料,研究了不同的SiO2含量和热处理工艺条件对灌封材料性能的影响。实验发现,SiO2的加入对环氧树脂灌封材料的拉伸强度和体积电阻率有显著影响,SiO2含量为3%时环氧树脂灌封材料的拉伸强度达到最大值,并且其体积电阻率亦达到最大值;随着固化温度的提高,SiO2/环氧树脂灌封材料的体积电阻率不断减小,力学性能则先升后降,在固化温度为150℃时其力学性能最好。实验结果表明:SiO2含量为3%,固化温度为150℃时,SiO2/环氧树脂灌封材料的综合性能最好,其拉伸强度为1.6MPa,弹性模量为0.44GPa,体积电阻率为3.26×1013(Ω·cm)。

Abstract:Epoxy resin encapsulating materials were prepared with SiO_2, in order to enhance the mechanical properties of materials. At the same times, the effect of the content of SiO_2 and the condition of heat treatment on the properties of the encapsulating materials was studied.
