甲醇、乙醇凝固剂对再生丝素纤维性能的影响

摘    要:本文以六氟异丙醇(HFIP)溶解无定形丝素膜,湿法纺丝获得再生丝素纤维,并通过X射线衍射法、红外光谱法、热重分析法比较了分别以甲醇、乙醇为凝固剂纺丝对再生丝素纤维的结构及力学性能的影响.结果表明甲醇、乙醇凝固剂对再生丝素纤维结构性能影响不大.

Abstract:The structure and property of the regenerated silk fiber are discussed in this paper. The fiber-spinnable solution was obtained by dissolving the silk material in hexafluoroisopropanol(HFIP). By using methanol and ethanol as coagulants, the regenerated silk fiber was obtained by the wet spinning method. FTIR spectroscope, X-ray diffraction, TGA thermal analysis and electro-telescope are used to measure the properties of the regenerated silk fiber. The results of measurement show that the influences of the coagulants from methanol and ethanol on the properties are undistinguishable.
