摘 要: | 介绍设计一种嵌入式船舶推力轴承纵向橡胶减振器,以隔离由于螺旋桨脉动推力激励而引起的船舶轴系纵向振动。首先,建立减振系统的动力学简化模型,通过计算分析对减振块刚度参数进行优化设计;其次,根据刚度优化结果和相关经验公式对橡胶减振块的外形尺寸进行设计;最后对减振块的强度特性进行校核分析。结果表明所设计的减振器满足强度指标要求;在此基础上,提出橡胶减振块在推力轴承上的具体布置形式、开槽及装配固定方案,为船舶推力轴承纵向减振器的设计计算提供参考。

Abstract: | A vibration isolator embedded in ship' s thrust beating was introduced. It can reduce the longitudinal vibration induced by the pulse thrust excitation from propeller. Firstly, the model of isolation system was set up, and the stiffness parameter of the rubber damping was optimized through computation and analysis. Secondly, the shape and dimension of the rubber damping were designed according to the stiffness parameter and related empirical formula. Finally, the strength of the designed rubber isolator was checked up. It showed that the designed isolator can satisfy the strength condition. On this base, the layout, process and installation strategies of the rubber damping in the thrust bearing were suggested. The method can be used as a reference for the design of longitudinal vibration isolator in ship' s thrust bearing. |
