汽车排气消声器的降噪优化设计

摘    要:以控制汽车加速噪声为背景,通过对某微型卡车排气消声器的测试分析结果,提出相应的改进措施。在利用数值模拟优化的基础上,完善改进方案。台架试验证明改进后的消声器插入损失增加7.1dB(A),而背压没有明显变化。整车加速噪声试验证明改进后的消声器可以使整车加速噪声降低2dB(A),降噪效果显著。

Abstract:For the sake of the noise control of automotive noise,an improved method is presented through some muffler of a subminiature truck tests on an engine test bed.Based on numerical simulation,the scheme is consummated.Some tests are examined on an engine test bed.It is shown that the insert loss of an improved muffler is increased by 7.1 dB(A) while the back pressure has little change.A vehicle on-road test is processed in a runway of an airport.It is proved that the noises of the truck assembled with an improved muffler is reduced by 2 dB(A).As a result,the noise level of the driving motorcycle was obviously reduced.
