复杂结构型式橡胶减振元件静刚度计算方法

摘    要:对于结构复杂、形状不规则的橡胶减振元件,难以找到计算其静刚度的经验公式。根据橡胶减振元件的可制造性,结合正交设计试验的思想,利用神经网络学习算法建立橡胶减振元件各几何结构参数与其三个方向静刚度的非线性全局映射关系,对复杂结构型式的橡胶减振元件进行静刚度估算,以代替有限元计算的结果。计算结果表明,建立的神经网络可以用来估算复杂结构型式橡胶减振元件的静刚度。

Abstract:It is difficult to find empirical formulas to compute static stiffness of rubber isolators with complex structures and irregular shapes.Combining the orthogonal design testing with the learning algorithm of neural network,a non-linear global mapping function for the relation between the rubber isolators' geometric parameters and their stiffness in the x,y and z directions is established.Estimation for the rubber isolators' static stiffness with this function is given.The computation results show that the neural network established for estimating the static stiffness of rubber isolators is feasible.
