离心压缩机碰摩振动建模及改进方法

摘    要:分析了福建龙岩某厂离心压缩机运行中碰摩振动的实际故障,认定碰摩是转子与静止部件摩擦引起的一种特有故障。局部碰磨一般是不对称的非线性振动,多数情况下产生转速频率的1/2次谐波振动;大面积碰摩会产生附加非线性作用,而使二、三次谐波幅值明显加大。运用非线性动力学理论,建立碰摩振动模型,并以实验进行验证,证明该模型是可行的,为离心压缩机工程实际碰摩故障准确诊断、控制提供了依据。分析了影响碰摩振动的因素,认为偏心距、转速、半径间隙、偏心量、静子径向刚度等对碰摩振动影响较大。提出一些具体的改进方法,可为同类问题提供参考。

Modeling and Analysis of Rub-impact Vibration of a Centrifugal Compressor and Improvement Measures
Abstract:The paper started from the practical fault of rub-impact vibration of the Centrifugal Compressor in one factory of Longyan. From the analysis of the mechanism, it was considered to be a special fault of the friction between the rotor and the static component. Local rub-impact vibration was generally asymmetric and nonlinear, the frequency of rub-impact vibration was 1/2 of the harmonic frequency vibration of Rotor speed in most cases, amplitude of twice and three times the harmonic was increased significantly because of additional nonlinear function in large scale rub-impact. By using nonlinear dynamics theory, we established the rub-impact vibration model. Experimental results show it is feasible, which can provide a basis for diagnosing and controlling rub-impact fault of centrifugal compressor. By analyzing the influential factors of rub-impact, radius clearance, eccentric quantity, rotational speed and radial stiffness of static component were thought to effect largely rub-impact vibration. By detecting the sign of rub-impact vibration with HHT detection methods, we can discover the fault in the early stage. In actual work, we put forward some concrete improvement measures, which is of guiding significance to reduce the occurrence of rub-impact fault.
