摩托车噪声控制的试验研究

摘    要:针对某 12 5摩托车噪声指标离国家即将实行的新标准相差甚远这一事实 ,进行了互为补充 ,互为验证的噪声源识别、噪声源分离及消声器插入损失等测试研究 ,识别出了主要噪声源。在不影响成车动力性、经济性和制造成本的前提下 ,提出了具体治理措施 ,使成车加速行驶噪声达到了新标准的要求。

Abstract:In accordance to the fact that the noise index of 125 motorcycle is far from the national new standard about to be carried out.It conducted the experiment such as noise source identification,noise source separation and insertion loss of silencer etc,which complement and verify each other,and identified main noise resource.On the premise of not affecting the power charactor,economy character and manufacturing cost of the whole motorcycle,it proposed detailed reforming measure to make the accelerating noise of the whole motorcycle meet the requirement of the new standard.
