微型电动轿车驾驶室内的低频噪声分析

摘    要:摘 要: 针对某微型电动轿车驾驶室内低频噪声问题,采用有限元法计算轿车声腔声学模态,并通过模态叠加法预测驾驶室内的声学响应频响函数。进行整车的振动噪声试验,得出驾驶室内的噪声及主要测点的振动瀑布图,一定程度上佐证仿真的结果。为降低噪声辐射面板振动,运用边界元法计算车身主要板件对驾驶室内声压测点的声学贡献度,提出在板件表面粘贴阻尼片的方法,并用声固耦合方法对粘贴阻尼片后驾驶员耳边声压级进行计算,计算结果表明改进后驾驶室内噪声得到显著降低。

Abstract:In view of the lower frequency problem of a micro-EV, using the finite element method (FEM), the acoustic modal was calculated ,then the acoustic fxequency response of the cab was made . In order to reduce the vibration of the panel which radiates the noise most, BEM was used to calculate the acoustic contribution of the main panel of the car body, then to solve it by putting up damping material on the panel. By comparing the noise response, it is found that the damping material has significantly reduced the noise of the cab.
