传递路径分析在结构设计中的应用

摘    要:传递路径分析是一种结构振动性能优化、故障诊断、结构振动性能评估的有效方法和手段。在原理台架上进行的传递路径分析研究中,简要阐述了传递路径分析方法的原理及其特点,将试验结果与仿真分析相结合,对比验证了结果的可行性和有效性。在原理台架上分别对4种改进设计结构进行传递路径分析,最终确定一种合理的结构。分析结果表明,传递路径分析法能有效的找出结构振动传递路径,从而在路径上进行控制结构的改进,为有效的降低结构振动提供依据。

Abstract:Transfer path analysis (TPA) is an effective method for structure vibration performance optimization, evaluation and fault diagnosis. The basic theory and characteristic of TPA method is mainly described in the paper. The experiment system is established for TPA method to verify the TPA method. Comparison of simulation calculation value with experiment value shows that simulation result and experiment result are basically consistent. TPA method is used in four improved structures separately and reasonable structure is confirmed. The analytical results showed that the TPA method is a good way to find the vibration transmission path which provides the evidences to control the vibration transmission effectively.
