摘    要:针对某汽车驾驶室振动剧烈的问题,对其板簧系统的隔振特性进行了试验研究,通过在实际路面上的行车测试,得到了悬置系统两侧的振动加速度,进行了振动信号的时域分析、频谱分析、相关分析和传递特性分析,得出影响该车板簧系统振动传递特性的主要因素。根据分析结果对该车板簧系统进行了改进,改进后的板簧系统隔振效果得到了明显提高。

Abstract:To address the violet vibration problems of one automobile, the vibration transfer characteristics of leaf spring system is analyzed. The vibration acceleration on both sides of mounting system of the moving automobile is measured on actual road, by the time-domain analysis, the frequency spectrum analysis, relative analysis and transfer characteristics analysis of vibration signal, the main factor that influencing the transfer characteristic of the leaf spring system is found. According to the results, opportune improvement of leaf spring system is finished; the transfer characteristic of the leaf spring system is improved markedly.
