星载制冷机隔振装置的设计与实验研究

摘    要:制冷机广泛应用于空间红外遥感探测器中,其主要运动部件压缩机在工作过程中产生的微振动,是影响探测器正常工作的主要振源之一。基于松弛型阻尼器,设计制冷机多自由度隔振装置。对隔振装置的隔振性能进行仿真分析,同时,搭建隔振装置实验平台,完成隔振性能的实验研究。结果表明,设计的隔振装置在制冷机工频处的隔振效率达到94%以上,可以有效隔离制冷机在轨运行期间产生的微振动。同时,隔振系统的共振放大倍数小于7倍。研究结果对星载制冷机隔振装置的设计和工程应用具有参考意义。

Abstract:Spaceborne cryocoolers are widely used in space remote sensing engineering.The compressor in a cryocooler contains moving parts which can produce unwanted micro-vibration.Cryocooler is one of the most important vibration sources which have negative effect on the image quality of remote sensors.Therefore,the micro-vibration generated by the cryocooler has to be controlled.In this paper,an experimental investigation of the vibration isolation device for cryocoolers is designed.The dynamic model of the device is established and the vibration isolation performance is predicted numerically.The experimental apparatus is build and the vibration isolation experiment is conducted.The acceleration transfer function is measured to evaluate the performance.The results show that the vibration attenuation effect of the isolation device at the main frequency of the cryocooler is above 94%.The vibration amplification factor at resonance frequency is less than 7 Thus,the vibration isolation device can effectively suppress the micro-vibration generated by the cryocooler during orbital operation.This study provides a design guideline for using this kind of vibration isolation device for cryocoolers.
