摘    要:轧机在出现异常振动时,除了确定的零部件的故障外,也可能是由整机的振动传递所引起,为了对故障的寻因定位,提出了基于相位传播特性的方法,该方法先对振动信号进行自适应消噪处理,再利用希尔伯特变换提取相位,然后进行平滑处理从而根据相位的传播特性实现故障定位。最后通过对轧机传动系统故障诊断的实例分析验证了定位方法的有效性。

Abstract:When rolling mill appeared abnormal vibration, in addition to fault of certain parts, it may be caused by machine of vibration transmission, therefore it is necessary to find the fault location. This paper introduces a fault location method based on phase propagation characteristics, this method first conducts adaptive noise cancelling processed for vibration signal, then uses Hilbert transform to extract phase and smoothing processing, thus it achieves fault location according to the phase propagation characteristics. Finally it verified effectiveness of this method through the case analysis of rolling mill drive system fault diagnosis.
