压缩机消声器的机理与性能改进研究

摘    要:以某型号滚动转子压缩机为研究对象,对现有的消声器进行了声学理论分析和实验分析,得到其消声器特性和实际效果;并以此为基础,采用SYSNOISE软件,对消声器进行声学分析,求得传递损失;采用双传声器法,对消声器进行实验测试。得到实际传递损失。两者进行比较,采用声学四端网络法和试验的方法。调整多扩张室体积及进出口截面积,并设计追加共鸣器,提出了消声特性更好的消声器。经过实验验证,其中一种新消声器比原用消声器降低噪声3dB(A)以上,且没有功率的损失。

Abstract:The object of the paper was a certain kind of rotary compressor. Used the software of SYSNOISE, transmission loss of the vested mufflers was analyzed and studied. And using two-microphone method tested the actual transmission loss. Compared theoretic transmission loss and actual that, the muffler with better Acoustic characteristic was put forward. The noises of compressors with the new muffler were reduced more than 3 dBA. And there is no power loss.
