小波包降噪方法在滑动轴承故障诊断中的应用研究

摘    要:小波分析对高频信号降噪效果不明显。针对该问题,提出利用小波包分析对轴承故障信号的降噪方法,并用计算机仿真和实例分析对小波包降噪方法进行了验证。通过对小波降噪和小波包降噪方法的对比分析,表明小波包分析在降噪中的有效性。

Abstract:Wavelet analysis method is not effective for denoising of high-frequency fault signals of bearings since the high-frequency band can not be decomposed any more. But noise signals always exist in high frequency signals. In this paper, a new wavelet packet denoising method for bearing fault signals is put forward. Examples of numerical simulation and experiments of bearing faults diagnoses verify this new method. Results show that wavelet packet denoising method is very effective.
