摘    要:当齿轮箱存在某些故障时,由于故障信号对某一特征信号的调制作用,会在其频谱图上产生以特征频率为中心,以故障的旋转频率为间隔的边频带。因此可以利用信号的频谱图的边频带对机械故障进行诊断及故障部位识别。结合实例证明,此方法能够有效地反映机械故障产生的原因,从而达到对齿轮箱进行故障诊断的目的。

Abstract:As gearbox occurs some faults and fault signal modulates one characteristic signal, sidebands can occur in spectrogram with characteristic frequency as central and with faulted rotational frequency as interval, so we can use sidebands of signal spectrogram diagnose mechanical fault and identify fault locations. The example has proven this method can effectively reflect mechanical failure generate cause, and achieve gearbox fault diagnosis purpose.
