电冰箱后背板试验模态分析

摘    要:采用优化传递路径方法,通过对海尔某型号冰箱后背板的工作模态进行分析,得出后背板的固有频率和振型,并提出对后背板结构进行优化设计,有效避免后背板与整机之间的共振,以达到减振降噪目的。

Abstract:There are 3 ways to reduce refrigerator's noise: reducing the sound source,optimizing the sound delivery path,and repressing the response.In this paper,the second way is discussed only.Through the modal analysis of the back-plates of some Haier refrigerators,their natural frequencies and vibration modes are found.The optimal design of the back-plate structure is presented.The resonance between the back-plate and the entire refrigerator can be avoided and the noise can be reduced.
