变刚度隔振系统动力特性及仿真

摘    要:为了研究多级变刚度隔振系统的振动规律,建立变刚度弹簧结构振动分析模型,推导对于变刚度弹簧的理论解析解表达式,计算不同刚度情况下结构强迫振动的时域和频域振动曲线,比较不同频段的变刚度弹簧和定刚度弹簧的振动情况,并对全频段的振幅有效值和力传递率进行计算,根据经济性、减振效果、力传递等方面对变刚度减振结构的特性做出分析。结果表明在保证结构强度的前提下,变刚度结构在低频段的减振效果明显好于定刚度结构,在隔振区的振动效果也明显好于同等强度的定刚度结构,同时二级弹簧还有负向限位的作用。此变刚度结构对于工程中一些刚度变化的减振结构有一定的工程指导意义。

Abstract:A simplified isolator model is put forward to investigate the dynamic characteristic of the variable-stiffness spring isolator system and the analytical solution of the variable-stiffness spring vibration is deduced. The vibration response curves in time-domain and frequency-domain of the variable-stiffness system under forced vibration are calculated. The vibration situations of the variable-stiffness spring and constant-stiffness spring are compared in different frequency ranges. And the efficient amplitude and force transmission rate in the whole frequency range are calculated. The damping characteristics of the variable-stiffness structure are analyzed according to its economy, damping efficiency and force transfer rate. It is shown that the variable-stiffness spring is more effective for vibration reduction than the constant-stiffness one in the low frequency range and in the sound insulation area under the same static mounting condition. The conclusion is useful to improve the dynamic performance of the vibration system in engineering.
