上海卷烟厂新建制烟车间室内声环境研究

摘    要:烟草行业正在进行绿色工房的达标改造,而声环境是考核的重要指标。对上海卷烟厂新建制烟车间包括混响时间及声场特性的声环境现状进行调研分析后,依据吸声降噪理论提出了声环境改造的措施,并从理论上半定量分析了机器设备本身对降噪效果的影响,最后利用计算机模拟软件对新建车间的噪声分布进行了预测,半定量理论分析、计算机模拟及竣工实测数据均表明对新建车间所采取的吸声降噪措施既可靠又有效。

Abstract:Tobacco industry is undergoing a green-workshop renovation,and quality of the acoustic environment is an important index for the green-workshop assessment.In this paper,the current acoustic environment including reverberation time and sound field characteristic in a new- built tobacco workshop of Shanghai Cigarette Factory are investigated and analyzed.Measures of improvement of acoustic environment are proposed according to the theory of noise reduction based on sound absorption.Then,a semi- quantitative theoretical analysis of the effect of machines and equipments on noise reduction is done.Finally,noise distribution of the new tobacco workshop is predicted by computer simulation.The results of the theoretical analysis and computer simulation of the acoustic environment of the new workshop show that the measures of noise reduction due to sound absorption are reliable and effective.
