微型静音轴承声压级测试技术

摘    要:参照国外已有的滚动轴承声压级测试标准,研制了微型静音轴承的驱动及加载装置,研制了微型静音轴承声压级信号采集和分析系统,并在消音室中对618/1.5微型静音轴承进行A计权声压级测试。通过对测试结果进行分析和比较,验证该测试系统性能稳定,基本满足微型静音轴承声压级的测试要求,结果可以为微型静音轴承声压级测试技术提供有益的借鉴。

Testing Technique of Sound Pressure Levels ofMiniature Mute Bearings
Abstract:A kind of driving and loading device of miniature quite bearing is developed according to existing testing standard of foreign countries. Signal collection and processing system of miniature quite bearing is constructed and A-weighted sound pressure levels of type 618/1.5 bearing are measured. By analyzing and comparing the test results, it is shown that the testing system can work stably and it can basically satisfy the testing requirements of sound pressure of miniature quite bearing. The results can provide references for sound pressure testing of miniature quite bearing.
