摘    要:工况传递路径分析(OPA)方法是传递路径分析技术中一项新的技术,由于其在应用中的高效性而引起了广泛的关注。本文利用经典传递路径分析方法(TPA)为参考,通过理论分析和实例验证两种方法,揭示了OPA方法在实际应用中的三个明显缺陷。第一种缺陷由于结构模态的影响,传递路径之间存在互相关,形成OPA的交叉耦合缺陷。第二种缺陷由于实际工况的限制可能导致传递率函数估计错误。第三种缺陷是对分析中遗漏传递路径的可能,OPA方法的拟合总值对比不能识别。这三个缺陷均会导致OPA分析失败,得出错误的结果。

Abstract:Operational transfer path analysis(OPA) is a new technique developed for the noise and vibration control of mechanical systems.Using the classical transfer path analysis(TPA),three significant limitations are revealed by means of theoretical analysis and case study.(1) Because of the correlation among the input transfer paths caused by the structure modal behavior,the cross coupling of the input paths may happen;(2) The limitation of the actual operational data conditions may lead to misevaluation for the transmissibility functions;(3) The synthesized contributions of this method can not identify the potential error of missing transfer path in analysis.The three limitations will make the analysis failure and lead to wrong results.
