《发动机故障诊断系统设计》

摘    要:设计出一套适合实车不解体的发动机故障诊断新系统,它利用PC声卡配合LabVIEW采集排气噪声,然后对发动机不同状态下排气噪声信号进行矢量量化分析,从而完成系统的设计。实验结果表明该系统方案切实可行,诊断准确,为发动机故障诊断系统设计提供了一条新途径。

Abstract:By collecting exhaust noise with PC sound card and LabVIEW,and using vector quantization(VQ) approach to analyze exhaust noise under different engine conditions,a new system for engine fault diagnosis of whole vehicles without disintegration has been designed.The experimental results indicate that this method is simple,effective,economic and feasible.It also has excellent performance of non-contact testing and high diagnosis accuracy.
