穿孔消声器构型对声学性能的影响研究

摘    要:根据现阶段国外民用飞机APU排气消声器的一般构型,在Sullivan研究的一般穿孔消声器的性能的基础上,采用声学软件Virtual.Lab-FEM分析研究在其隔板也采用穿孔处理情况下穿孔消声器的声学特性,并与传统的穿孔消声器进行对比分析。研究成果表明,隔板采用穿孔处理将使消声器在低频的消声性能有所改善.该分析结果对未来APU排气消声器设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:According to the exhaust muffler configuration of the civil aircraft APU(auxiliary power unit),a perforated baffle is applied in the Sullivan concentric-tube resonator model.The acoustic,performance of this model is analyzed using the software Virtual.Lab-FEM.The result of computation is compared with that of the traditional Sullivan concentric-tube resonator model without the perforated baffle.It is found that the sound elimination performance of the muffler is improved in the low frequency range with the use of the perforated baffle.
